Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for getting our Product.

At Green Remedies International, we value your feedback about our products, and because we are sure of the efficacy of our products, we offer a refund policy across all countries where our products are being sold.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 to 60 days.

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be used according to the prescription and guidelines which are given to you during the purchase of the product.

You must also provide proof that these guidelines are well followed.

Different test results from a well-known laboratory showing the stage of the health condition before taking the herbal product and after must also be provided.

As a herbal production company,

Please note that we will not be able to make a refund or exchange for a case where the customer is unable to finish the product for any reason.

This is why we strongly advise that you make all inquiries about the product before a purchase is made.

A refund process may take 30 to 60 days to be processed.

Also, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The company reserve the right to determine if the customer will be issued a partial refund, full refund or no refund as the case may be.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received,

The quality control unit will investigate your refund request and get back to you to inform you if the product should be returned or not.

In case where the return is possible,

the unit will inform you on how to send the product, we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a few days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if our investigation reveals that the products are defective or damaged before getting to the customer.

In case where an item needs to be replaced, we will need to confirm that the item is not in any way used by the customer.

If after our investigation, the exchange is possible, the customer will resend a delivery address. Please note that the customer covers the delivery cost in this case.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be given the address to send the product to within your country or outside.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
